Shelley joins Mercy Ships UK as Executive Director on 1st July 2025.
Shelley Pigott brings over two decades of experience in international development, having worked with organisations such as VSO, UNICEF, Medair, and Save the Children in both staff and trustee roles.
With academic qualifications in Youth Work, Theology, and Executive Coaching, Shelley has built a successful career in global fundraising — securing significant (seven-figure) donations from diverse regions and sectors in recent executive leadership positions.
Beyond her commitment to global equity and humanitarian work, Shelley enjoys pottery, gardening, baking, and creative pursuits.
