Please give now. A generous supporter has offered to double every donation made before 30th June.

Help twice as many men, women and children like Windy.

Three years ago, Windy found himself trapped by hot, merciless flames. The horrendous burns left him with limited movement in his arm and painful scars across his body.

Here in the UK, Rajo would have had surgery immediately. But, living in one of the poorest parts of Madagascar, surgery wasn’t possible.

Then, Windy’s mum heard about Mercy Ships.

Soon, they were both on board the Africa Mercy, the world’s largest charitable floating hospital. Treatment and reconstructive plastic surgery has helped Windy to regain more movement in his arm. He’s even fulfilled his big dream to shoot a hoop with a basketball.

Today, there are many more men, women and children like Windy hoping that Mercy Ships can change their life forever. Those moments are only possible thanks to the kind support of people like you. Please, donate now – and see your gift doubled to create twice as many big, beaming smiles like Windy’s.

About Mercy Ships

We are a team of volunteer nurses, doctors, surgeons and other crew members, donating our time to bring life-saving medical care to some of the world’s poorest people. Our incredible floating hospital is fitted with five state-of-the-art operating theatres, but we rely on the generosity of our supporters to fund essential medical supplies and ship repairs. Together, since 1978, we have helped transform the lives of more than 2.4 million men, woman and children like Windy.
