DONATIONS FORM
Collect donations from your guests by using the Donation Form below and send the money you have raised by cheque made payable to Mercy Ships UK, along with the completed Donation Form. Don't forget to ask your guests to Gift Aid their donations so that Mercy Ships can get an extra 25p for every pound donated after your event.
FEEDBACK FORM
Every breakfast will be different. Please use the form below to send us your stories and pictures afterwards! We are always looking for interesting items for our newsletter and website so would love to hear a bit about your event. Please ensure that anybody appearing in the photos is happy that their picture may be used on our website or literature.
